Heartland Community Health Center will host a fundraising event Saturday, April 28, at the beautiful Himmel's Rand Farm located in Eudora, KS. The evening will feature a gourmet meal by Chef Robert Krause and live music in a picturesque country setting.
HCHC is a Kansas Safety Net primary care clinic practicing under a holistic health care model- focusing on physical health as well emotional, social and spiritual health.
