City warns of traffic delays following five-car accident
Lawrence city officials are asking people to avoid the area of Sixth Street and Kasold Drive, following a five-car accident Wednesday afternoon.
The injury accident happened about 2:30 p.m., restricting westbound traffic to one lane.
“Motorists can expect major delays in each direction,” said Sgt. Trent McKinley, Lawrence police spokesman.
