Lawrence Arts Center displays cardboard creations
A Kansas City artist who studied at KU brings his unusual pieces to the Lawrence Arts Center for an exhibit.
As you walk in and look up, you’ll find signs of the Zodiak depicted in cardboard. The collection features a dozen creations. The artist, Juniper Tangpuz, says he’s been working with cardboard to make toys since he was a little boy.
Tangpuz will soon create a cardboard city that will also be on display at the Arts Center.
You can check out the Zodiac symbols through at least the middle of July.
